Sweet Autumn Cooling is a Chinese herbal tea mix, also called Liang Cha. One mix makes a pitcher, about 8 cups, and you can drink it hot or cold. It's made in the USA in small batches by root + spring, with no additives or preservatives.
The sweetness comes from dried monkfruit (Luo Han Guo), so nothing is added to sweeten it.
Ingredients: Dried monkfruit, baby chrysanthemum, dried Asian pear, bitter almonds, sweet almonds, dried longan. Contains almonds.
Preparing it: Brewing instructions come with the mix. The herbs are slow simmered, not steeped like a tea bag.
Storage: Keep it in a cool, dry place. The bottom shelf of the fridge works too.
